I’m Dr. Lucy Flitton
With professional training in psychotherapy, psychology, and positive psychology coaching, I understand that healing from trauma and rediscovering your authentic self can feel like a daunting journey.
Drawing on trauma-informed principles, I help individuals identify personal values, overcome painful thought patterns, and restore their sense of meaning and purpose.

Approach
to Therapy
The effects of trauma can be wide ranging and can last for decades. Clients whom I work with experience symptoms that impact numerous areas in their life.
Most of my clients have lived through domestic abuse, narcassistic abuse and sexual violence. I understand that it can be very difficult for people to discuss their difficulties in a safe and empathic space.
I include trauma-informed tools within a safe non-judgemental environment in which we collaboratively help you to re-capture control over your life, which futher contributes to you developing resilience and a path to healing.
As a trauma-informed psychotherapist and psychologist, I have a number of tools at my disposal to help support you.
Based on the outcome of our tharapeutic work, I also assess both children adults for ADHD. On review of this assessment, a diagnosis might also be carried out.*
